Quantity Calculation, Bill Checking & Certification
We, at P.Vora D.E.C, provide an extensive range of services for all types of civil and steel structures. Most manufacturing or other industrial companies do not have a person for civil or construction work. Thus, we work on behalf of those companies, and we provide all of the paperwork for upcoming construction activities for their companies.
Bill of Quantity calculation: We provide services to the client to calculate the bill of quantity of civil as well as steel fabrication work. We provide services to calculate BOQ for structures that we have the design as well as design by other consultants.
On-site bill checking and certification: Many times, a client requires cross-check work done by the contractor. So our engineer will go on-site, cross verify and measure each item that the contractor has claimed in their datasheet, find if there are any loopholes in the contractor's datasheet, and certify those bills.
Tender document preparation: We are preparing the private tender for the project on behalf of the client to invite the contractor for work. Our in-house team shall prepare both technical and commercial tenders.
Drawing and calculation for Legal work: For the legal work like bank load, Plan passing in local authority, we are providing consultancy. For the bank loan, we provide drawings and valuation of the property. For plan passing, we prepare drawing in local authority format.
Building valuation: We have a team of a registered valuers. Our team does a site survey and values properties as per the current local rate.
